Spacepoint is a boutique lease advisory firm with deep expertise in the competitive London office market. While their client-focused approach consistently delivers exceptional results, their brand didn't fully reflect that value. They came to us for a new identity. One that would cut through the noise, build trust, and clearly communicate the undeniable advantage of having a true expert in your corner.
It all began with their core truth. Their high-performance, personalised approach. We collaborated closely to build a brand idea around this very notion – delivering 'optimal' space. This wasn't just about property; it was about uniting a business with its perfect home. A space where it can thrive. This idea became the foundation for a complete brand identity, a new copy style, and a bespoke website. The logo itself captures this forward motion. A simple upward arrow signifying progress and improvement, while subtly mimicking the pitch of a building's roof.
To bring this identity to life, we developed a system of collaborative elements. We created hand-drawn graphics designed to connect, highlight, and emphasise key messages. Both simple and human. We introduced the use of numbers and stats as a confident nod to the team's sharp negotiation skills. This was all supported by a London-centric visual narrative built on three pillars – environment, people, and detail. Additionally to create an overarching shorthand for their values, we developed a messaging lock-up with powerful, alliterative statements. Innovation invested. Clarity created. Expertise employed.
